I have never left a bad review for a local business before. Usually I just let it go, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My kid broke his leg and needed physical therapy. I called and came in person to Green Oaks on Monday 8/24/26 to make sure I got him set up to have PT here. The young lady took my information and had initially said that it would be sometime in September before he could start. I had a apt today at 3 pm 3 hours before my appointment thay called me to get the correct va number mindyou thay have had this referral for over a week why would you even make a appointment without getting that information confirmed and call 3 hours before the appointment I just had neck surgery I need this therapy like yesterday but this rude guy was like it's everyone else's fault and not his for not getting the right information before hand like a week ago not 3 hrs before my appointment but sir that is your fault you sho... read more
