NO PRODUCT SUPPORT Very good at selling the products. Absolutely no service or product support and they NEVER seem to answer their phones. I would not recommend them
Impossible to reach.... Impossible to reach....great when I purchased, but after that, no one ever answers their phone. When I did finally get a call back, I was told to call Breckwell Tech...You would think they would have someone who could help work through and issue.....my most simple question " what was my purchase date".. this is needed to even contact a Breckwell tech,,,they won't even call me back so I can provide that information. repeat customer I have done business with Green Mountain repeatedly over the years, first to have them inspect and repair a wood stove we inherited when we bought our house, and many years later to buy a new stove. They were knowledgeable of their products, listened to my needs and respectful of my budget. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the attentive service of the owner and his staff.

Breckwell P23I pellet insert Purchased a pellet stove insert and started having problems with it not operating properly.Called Green Mountain and told them what was happening.This place was recomended from a friend to purchase from them.They dont back up threre product at all.
