I’ve been going to Green mountain for basketball and workouts for almost 10 years. Awesome staff, Super helpful! Great facilities, building is a little old, but they got new workout equipments and it’s kept clean. Also great basketball runs Monday from 6pm to 8pm!
Never had any issues and the people and gym are great for a rec center. Only giving 3 stars because the hours are not ideal. I wish they were open later, especially Fridays because 4pm is such an early close time.
Hidden gem of a gym/fitness center. Low monthly charge for Lakewood residents and a reasonable amount of weights. It's clear that whoever purchases the equipment knows what they're doing!! A deadlifting platform with a deadlift jack, Rogue bench setup, along with a squat rack, smith machine and some very nice equipment picks make this my new favorite spot to lift.
