I would give a big fat zero if I could Unprofessional customer service reps. I had one person named Angie field my call today about the power outage. She was dismissive and rude. We have been without power for over 24 hours with no response from GMP this is a chronic problem with GMP in Vermont Useless people who laugh at customers and their plight.
