The actual audacity to charge an overly expensive amount for a something no one can own, aka electricity, is beyond comprehension. Charging a service fee is one thing constantly raising the price like y’all had to work hard to create the electricity is so stupid. Why do people not understand this is a scam? These guys are CROOKS! I called three times because my monthly payment was not coming out of my account. They kept saying it was a "glitch in the system." During this time I accrued a bill of about $700 (at the already insane cost of $200 a month). I agreed to pay $150 and then make monthly payments for the rest. GMP assured me this plan was all set up and then I wake up to a $700 charge on my bank account! Several phone calls later (including one where I was hung up on for no reason at all) I find out some clerk made a mist... read more
