Never have had a vehicle repaired there, but Cisco was a long time customer of mine for auto parts and just from that experience I can only believe customer service is top priority.
If you own a European, regardless if it's a Audi/Mercedes/BMW etc.. Cisco is the person you need to contact. Nothing but the best, he treats the problem at hand as if it was his automobile.
Sysco, well I cannot say enough, he is awesome! He helped me so much, I had problems with my BMW, and he gave me a read out and I took the read out to BMW and come to find out it was covered by my warranty. He took the time to consult with me and explain the issues and also gave me a print out of where I needed to start with fixing it. I can tell you for a first time meet, he aced it! I will be taking my beemer here again, he really cares!
I am so impressed with the gents here!!!!!!!! So thorough, I know no one else would have been able to nail down the issues my truck was having like these men!!!! This the best place to go I will never go any where else!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
