Do not order if you value your money and time. This business is operatong like a GoFundMe ....accept they fraudulently sell product and services they do not have and then make excuses why your money should become charity. Have not received the $263.00 of Hostas ordered from May 2020. Reccomemd that all of those that have been scammed call and file e complaint.with Consumer Protection at VT atorrney general. Don’t plan on getting your plants or a refund. I have been getting one promise after another since May 2020.

If you are struggling. Don't take orders. Don't take people's money and then refuse to send a product or provide a refund! I have no sympathy otherwise. I placed an order in April 2020. It's mid July 2021 and have not received my order. When I finally asked for a refund I was told I have to wait for that too. In otherwords, It will likely NEVER come. I'm filing a BBB complaint. I'm done.

Janet has had a really rough year with many challenges but has followed through and made good on my orders. Her plants are always wonderful with multiple eyes on most. Sole proprietor businesses can be a real struggle when good help is far and few between and the elements were a true challenge. I'll be back for more plants next year!
