Great doctors; listen to patients
Dr. Asnis was wonderful in my consultation with him. Very patient, explained things carefully and in an understandable way, and figured out the problem accurately! The office staff was very kind--I subtracted one star only because the office staff seems a bit disorganized, but they got the job done. Big thumbs up!
Very unprofessional practice!! Front desk receptionist called to cancel via voicemail at 4:20 pm when my mom’s appointment was the following morning! I called back and finally got in touch with her at 4:50. This is the 2nd time they asked to reschedule my mom’s appointment that she already had to wait 6 months for, because Dr. Everett could not keep her 1st appointment.
