We recently purchased a home that smelt strongly of dog and had some very dirty carpets. Mark and his son completely transformed the carpets making them look brand new and smell clean. WOW! We have 3 dogs and 4 children, and after 4.5 years in our home the carpets, couch and area rug used in our most traveled areas were in horrible shape (even with routine general care). Mark fixed all of that and made everything look brand new, not one stain survived. The biggest relief is that ALL of the odor is gone, no chemical/fake smell, just fresh and clean.

Most of all, the carpet is incredibly clean, odor-free (including cleaning chemical orders), and the stains are gone for good. Will use them every time!
