This company left the job unfinished as soon as we foolishly paid in full. PVC pipes left in a pile on the lawn, the basement left unfinished, they refused to return my calls or respond in any way. This is possibly the worst company to deal with, they are completely unreliable and dishonest, essentially they stole thousands of dollars and never completed the contractual agreement. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
Michael Sears is wanted for home improvement. that's just one of the many detrimental things he is wanted for.
Horrible experience! Spilled concrete all over my driveway and haven't remedied the problem. Very unprofessional and very poor communication. We hired them to fix a few cracks in the basement a couple of months ago. They sent a guy over who "fixed the cracks" but after 1 rainstorm there was water below the crack, hence they didn't completely fix the problem. Horrible experience! Green Mountain Basement Solutions spilled sealant all over my basement floor, as well as cement all over my driveway. It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t remedied the situation and my driveway is now ruined. When talking to Dave he thought it was professional to scream at me and claims the services I paid for (almost $1k) don’t justify them remedying the situation. He then hung up on me.
Our basement was beyond bad! Not only did gmbr fix it but they also removed the concrete slab out front causing the foundation to bow. Our basement is now clean, dry and SAFE! We could never thank them enough, even a year later!!
My parents had water in their basement for 26 years before we called them. They did exactly what they said they would do, they made the basement dry. My parents have a dry, FINISHED basement now. Since they had the basement work completed, Mike and his team have waterproofed their 2 neighbors basements and they just waterproofed my Aunt and Uncles basement. 5 stars for outstanding work!!!
As a plumber and heating technician, there's nothing worse than a wet/damp basement! Not healthy for humans or your heating system. Great company!
