They love our cats as much as we do!
The doctor forcibly removed tartar from my non-sedated cat's gums using his unsterilized thumbnail. This traumatized my cat and caused excessive bleeding.
We've moved to Burlington and were referred to this Vet by our old vet who we loved. Now we have a new vet to love and so does our dog---who we love!!!
I recently switched to here and it was the best vet visit my cat has ever had. Our old vet was terrible with handling cats. My cat is known for getting aggressive and the old vet would get really scared, which she would pick up on and then in turn would go crazy. Here, they were so calm and supportive. My cat only did one tiny hiss the whole time. They listened to her body language and respected her boundaries. It was like a complete 180 of what we experienced at our last vet. I was genuinely shocked that it went so well.
