Great place to work!
Absolutely 110% the worst agency I've ever dealt with. I have a commercial policy which relies on fast service. The only thing these people are good at is excuses. I had a conversation with the owner of the company and apparently the word sucks is worth screaming and hanging up on someone for. Apparently as a business owner I don't understand that people have to use the bathroom and have breaks and go home at night.
