Bought a 2025 CVO Road Glide, salesman didn't explain anything about the bike. We couldn't even get it into travel mode which resulted in a dead batter when I got home from a 3 hour drive. The key fobs were not even programmed. When I had a issue and called and was ignored . Lucky my home town dealership has great customer service and my issues are getting worked out.
After years of riding sport bikes I decided it was time to get something more comfortable for my wife and I for longer rides but wasn't sure what I wanted. After spending some time with Steve and a couple of test rides, I was able to find what I think will be the perfect motorcycle for us. Stopped in during lunch break. Cool place, they have a lot of choices for sure. Was looking at the bikes and saw a young lady that looks like she just stepped off a model runway with eyes that could probably start a fire. She was taking care of the apparal section and offered assistance. She was super nice and helpful and made some good suggestions for me. Spoke with a few salesman who were all super nice and helpful. I purchased a used motorcycle from them that had not been refurbished. I was told the bike ran and road. I was informed of a bad tire, dent in tank, and rough paint. I was not told about fault indicator light on. Bad wiring across the front of machine(no lights). My question to dealer is how can it ride safely with fault indicator light on and no lights/turn signals. I was outright lied to.
