I can’t believe this company is in business. They have to be the most unprofessional company I run into. when you make the reservation. There is no one at the counter. I had to make at least 10 calls for them to answer to tell they could no t be there until 2 hours later. Also, they sneak in a “Sunpass activation fee” Whether you use the Sunpass or not. I Will never deal with this people or recommend anyone to them. Very bad experience.
This all have bad reviews for a reason. They cancelled our reservation automatically, then claimed it was our fault that the plane came in at 5am and they could not do the reservation because they where closed. Then they are anted like $150 to reactivate the reservation. Ok, what a scam.
Son la peor empresa ladrones no responden las llamadas ni los mensajes cuando necesita información, la aplicación nunca sirve y no dan detalles de la renta, se quedaron con mi dinero y nunca me dieron una respuesta, llegué al escritorio y no resolvieron nada. Porfavor NO RENTEN CON ELLOS ES LO PEOR
Es una estafa. Cobran una reserva, te hacen ir a una recepción de un hotel que no hay nadie para atender, te hacen llamar a un telefono y con cualquier excusa te cancelan la reserva.
Stay away from these crooks. They falsely advertise pricing to lure you in. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NO PREPAY. If you make a reservation and use your own insurance they want to uncharge the deposit since you are not insuring through them. They have no one physically on the property and don’t answer the phone purposefully so if you leave, your reservation gets cancelled and they stay with your money. SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
