Rip off!!!
Terrible experience! Does not deserve the 1 star. My flight arrived a little late. I called the office to let them know but they closed down and rented the car to someone else. When I called the next day they refused to find any solution to get me a car. They cashed all my money for the 5 day reservation and gave me no car. BIG SCAM!
Hidden fees, additional insurance required and car state. Go with the big agencies. Not worth the location convenience.

I declined the insurance to use my own insurance and they still charge me for insurance don’t go there they will rip you off
