I would highly discourage anyone looking to rent a vehicle from here. I went through Expedia, who didn’t share the company I’d be renting from until it was too late for me to cancel. They have hidden fees galore & you are unable to use your own insurance regardless of how you booked it. The staff gave me no breakdown of cost until multiple people I was traveling with asked & were rude when explaining the reasoning for the extra costs. Got into an accident but I'm covered by insurance. Have tried to coordinate but green motion is impossible to get a hold of through any means. Have had no status updates for 2 straight weeks regardless of my follow up requests. My deposit, which is not small, is being held up as a result. Really poor customer service.

Worst car rental service. Completely unprofessional and sneaky. Tryed to add extra insurance charge when your arrive even when you show proof of your own coverage. Also booked upfront different drop off location and then was told I couldn’t do it. Worst place ever. Do not use!

I’ve been in line for an hour watching everyone in line get ripped off and them steal their money. I called and made positive we don’t need anything but our license and credit card and they assured me I didn’t. They now won’t let me rent a car unless I pay $400!!! to use their insurance. Such a rip off.
