Green Mill catering delivered on every level from not only the well seasoned and flavorful food, but also the setup and presentation was amazing! The staff kept our buffet filled up, hot and looking good. From the tasting with Sarah Carter to the final planning call with Brock Millsop all the way to wedding day it all turned out to be an amazing experience working with great and reliable people. The whole process of booking and planning with Green Mill was painless. Their team helped make a taco bar that was not too simple but loved by all attendees. We got their pizza as a late-night snack, which was also amazing! We went out on a whim because we didn't try anything beforehand but we got many compliments on the food. The meat was well seasoned, "not boring wedding food", and vegetarian options were delicious. Waitstaff were professional, catering manager was lovely, the day went incredibly smooth!
We had The Green Mill do one of the dishes at our yearly Gala + Award Show event. This year they made Chicken Meatball Skewers, topped with provolone and basil pesto. Was very tasty. We recommend them for your catering needs!
We hired Green Mill to cater our wedding in October and they were incredible! The food was delicious and the staff was so kind. Our guests kept commenting on how wonderful the food and service was.
