This place is batting below .500. First experience was good. Second was very strange. The young lady was very helpful the first visit. The second time a different lady was so odd in the exchange I was stunned. She was not helpful with any questions, couldn't offer recommendations, complained about starched shirts and told me I had a weird phone number. I am looking for a new dry cleaners and suggest you do the same.

My college son left a comforter at this establishment last spring and failed to pick it up before moving home for the summer. I contacted the company in early August to see if they still had it and they assured me that they most definitely did!! As a mother, I appreciated this tremendously. I have dealt with other dry cleaning establishments (from a different city) that have the policy that there are no guarantees on any merchandise left over 30 days. I have had only positive experiences with this dry cleaner. They are always willing to accommodate my rush orders, and pricing is quite reasonable.
