Our friends live in there, lovely home. Well built
Hayden Homes have been so frustrating to work with. Since we moved in after the first freeze our landscaping had to wait. Now that winter is over I have reached out and asked when this will be happening. I have gotten the worst responses. They refuse to tell us a timeline or a date. They have even told us “oh you’re set for next week” and nothing happens. I have reached out a few times and they always say they will let me know and I never hear back. There has been disorganization from resolving the issues found in the new home orientation to warranty issues after move-in. A lot falls through the cracks and I am having to constantly remind them about things which even then doesn’t help. The warranty team will ignore me most of the time and only responds occasionally. They will argue with me about issues which comes across as an attempt to not have to fix them. They will try to convince me that I’m wrong about obvious cosmetic defects.
