I have used this vet clinic for many, many years and after today, I'll never step foot in there again and I will never recommend anyone to use this clinic. I took a cat in there at 8:00 a.m. this date to have him put to sleep --- I was told it would be done as soon as the vet got to the office. I went just before 1:00 p.m. this date to pick up my cat carrier, and the cat was still in the cat carrier and not a damn thing had been done.
