Great RV park for the area and price. Very close to lake Ellsworth and off the highway. There is a nice large grassy area for kids to play at. The lot is mostly gravel with plenty of space (at one point we fit 3 vehicles side by side.) for the full timers with kids the Elgin School bus stops at the northwest corner of the property. You are only 10-15 minutes away from town (Apache or Elgin). It is a small area with only 8 spots but is nice and quiet.
I live around the corner and can unequivocally state this is a house and not an RV Park.
