Recently did a sale with this firm and they represented my buyer. They delayed my sale 3 times with unreasonable excuses. We were supposed to close on a Wednesday but up until Tuesday, they never set up a time for closing, on Wednesday they said that lender needed more time which is confusing because the buyer's agent already told us that buyer got the clear from the bank to close over a week before the closing date.
