co. changes names and moves around Id be careful and ask a lot of questions. Be sure the person you are talking to is knowledgeable. A lot of the other reviews came from Service Magic which is a business that is paid by the contractor. I know this Green Man was previously named Newell Mowing Co. and had to change its name. I think they don't have a much training or experience. Im thinking the guy got some mowers and jumped in without any school. No Degree for horticulture or anything. Good luck and shop around.

Horrible Customer Service -- Don't Waste Your Time One star is too many. I am very patient with people and businesses, but Green Man has lost all of my patience. We had used them in the past with no problems. A year ago, I tried scheduling for them to come out, but the receptionist kept getting my name wrong and address wrong on the phone. I ended up scheduling with another company. I thought I would try them again.
