I reached out for an estimate to remodel a bathroom. Their initial response was prompt and professional, they scheduled a next day appointment and even sent a calendar invite, which gave a good first impression. Unfortunately, the appointment day came and went with no show and no communication. I followed up and received no response. If this is how they handle potential clients, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with a project.
