Repeat review of Green Building Group: My first review was posted in September 2022 (see attached in photos). Ned Malik, owner of Green Building Group, promised to finish my home in 2 weeks after being paid in full at closing in July 2022 for a multimillion dollar home in McLean, VA (see photo of how the house was left for us when we were handed the keys on closing). I signed a contract to purchase a new build at 7201 Elizabeth Drive in McLean, VA with Ned Malik of Green Logic Builders for 3.25 million including the lot. The home is currently in a lawsuit and I was awarded a preliminary injunction on 4/20/22, but see this home's status has been changed to active on the MLS. This has been an extremely stressful and difficult real estate experience for me.
