Stopped by today to inquiry about a new bike. I recently started riding a single-speed I was gifted by a good friend. I was upfront about my interest in cycling and genuinely curious to learn more. Unfortunately, the employee (Dak I think was his name) who assisted me was extremely rude. Almost felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions. Horrible customer service! I called on fathers day excited to rent bikes for my family to enjoy the Sunday. Guy who answered phone was nasty and kept yelling "what bikes you want?" I said "two adult bikes" he barked back "what does that mean!?". He could have listed available options to an inexperienced customer but instead mocked me. It means i need two adult bikes.
