The service department here is SUPERB!!! They managed to track down necessary parts of my older bicycle and despite extensive damage fix it!! Sam, the general manager, is a pleasure to deal with. I would not take my bicycles anywhere else.
They helped us adjust their rental bikes to the perfect height in such a calming, professional way. A bike rental was $40 for 4 hours, which includes the helmet. I just wish they would do shorter rental time frames since I can’t ride for 4 whole hours in 1 day. I’d suggest even a membership like $120 for 12 hours within a 7 day period. The price was a little steep for just 1.5 hours of riding,but the quality of the rental bikes was fantastic and the bike staff were very kind and helpful!
This place is amazing either to buy or fix a bicycle or to have a break to socialize sharing a protein bar, a coffee or their specials. They sell equipment for the riders and bikes! All ages can come here and there is a very good vibe in the air! Just in front of the trail, downtown - the heart of Herndon. Good luck and enjoy!
