Sam and his team were efficient, personable and delivered the system within the quote and on schedule. Since installation we have had Sam service our system and instal a system for two other family households. Sam was really trustworthy and genuine - he is upfront with costs and was really helpful in coming up with different options to reduce the price if i needed. He was really responsive with messaging and he installed the aircon the morning he received it which I really appreciated!!
