5 guys at the counter & no staff..
This was my first time at this location. I had one of the best customer service experience you can imagine. If you visit this location, make sure you talk to Kemar. He took the time and the interest in making sure I walk out with the right tools and parts I needed to get my job done. It was close to their closing time but he didn't try to rush me out. Very calm and knowledgeable guy. I will be a regular customer just because of his professionalism and service!
They did a great job making me a pair of custom steel braided brake lines, only took about 15 minutes
I love this place and the people who are working here. Friendly staff and generous attitude. The shopping experience with them is fabulous. Thank you, guys!!!
