Decided to take my team at work to try something different as our team building activity, Kathy was so warm and loving and professional. She helped us with a sound bath and even my co workers that had never done this before, loved it. I will definitely be back and will make this a regular event for us. I had reiki with Jeff Sundby a few weeks ago. I have seen him 3 times now over the last year, and he’s fantastic. I feel like he takes me very deep in the reiki session- I feel strong sensations with the movement of energy, and I can get a sense of what’s being shifted, released, upgraded. It’s a very visceral experience. I was having sleep and fatigue issues, and they subsided after my session. She's powerful with her words and really takes the time to help you understand more about what's going on internally than one would be able to identify on their own.
