The customer service is absolutely terrible. The man named fish that talked to me and my friend was being extremely disrespectful and rude to me and my friend. Fish asked for my Id then had go in and out the store 3 times just to bring a Passport and birth certificate instead of just telling me what I needed all at once. when that shouldn’t be asked for if I presented a valid driver’s license. Do not recommend if your looking for good customer service.
Update: I went back earlier this week (06/08/26) to get more piercings in my earlobes. Mr. Fish was still very kind and extremely knowledgeable. My jewelry was anodized once again in my preferred gold color and I was given perfect care instructions on when to follow up for smaller pieces of jewelry, cleaning my piercings, and was given a saline spray for my piercings. I believe it was Fish who assisted me today and what an amazing human he is! Green Light was recommended to me by my permanent makeup artist at Dharma Tattoo Collective as I needed a quick piercing removal prior to lip blushing. I was in/out of my appointment in minutes! Even better, Fish taught me how to easily remove my hinged lip rings without a tool and without needing assistance. What a beautiful shop, with a genuinely kind and professional human for the owner!
Love this place!! Professional, clean, reasonable prices, fabulous jewelry, and really cool, knowledgeable people. Definitely recommend.
Fish absolutely has the experience and expertise. I've had a multitude of piercings and I was still able to learn something new! Who knew a travel pillow for sleep and using a hair clip on the piercing side made the healing process so much easier!!
