Crazy HIGH rates. But that's not all.... Had to call back 3x to get quote after providing all of my information over phone six hours earlier in the day. Each time I was told by Teal she was working on it and she would get back to me. Teal left for the day at 5pm and did she not call with quote as promised. Additionally, none of my info provided prior was in the system so on my 4th call at 6:30pm I had to give vin #, dec page info, and entire application all over again.
