So grateful my Dr reccomended Green Life Psychology. I was after a therapist to help with a number of things but broadly speaking, to get some help around anxiety and self esteem. After 6 sessions, I have started to know myself better then ever before. Ray was wonderful during couples counselling sessions between myself and my now ex-partner. Although my then partner and I chose to separate, it was for reasons beyond Ray’s control or influence. We felt comfortable attempting to work through our issues and as individuals we took a lot way due to Ray’s professional, fair and collaborative approach.
