The lady with the bob is pretty straightforward, VERY much to the point. She helped me find what I needed. The shop smells wonderful. They have plenty of herbs in stock. They sell by the pound tho so keep that in mind.
Unwelcoming and overpriced. I’ve had much better experiences with Chinese medicine shops in Doraville.
Very rude old lady, bought here several times, but will never come back again. I am a customer, if something is wrong with the product, I have right to come back and ask for either a replacement or a return for the damaged packaging. Being rude and saying not to come back again is not a good customer service. That’s not how you do business and never to treat customers this way. You should close the shop early if you continue this manner.
Very rude. Walked in didn't get acknowledged. One lady that worked there just looked at me as if I belong in the store. She just walked right passed me. Didn't ask me if I needed help. I guess they only want their kind shopping there.
