This place is pretty good when it comes to getting your pets out and socializing with others. Their pick up and drop off hours are kind of annoying though, but understandable. The only thing that really ticked me off is the feeding. I boarded my two dogs together. They are on the same schedule. I measured the exact amount needed for the length of their stay. During the Christmas season when my daughter was little the owner left a kid in charge of feeding the animals. We were gone two weeks only to return to see our dog had not been fed. She lost 20% of her weight. over $700 in vet bills paid by the owner. Avoid this kennel!
Please...let's keep it a secret! – This is the best kept secret...and maybe we should keep it! But seriously, we have a hard-to-love hound...and yet...they "get" her! We have used Green Level kennel for years. The personal service and true caring for our senior dog means so much when we are away. It is not fancy but the animals are well cared for and get a lot of attention. A mom and pop type of atmosphere, my dog always is sad when we drop her, comes home happy to see us and adjusts as if we never left her. Awesome care! Green Level Kennel has looked after our dog several times, they are always friendly, take great care of him, and their prices are very reasonable. They are always our first choice for a kennel!
Best Kept Secret in Wake County!!!! – We have been taking our Mr. Fursuit to Green Level for about a year now... It really is the best kept secret in Wake County. They are always friendly and very accomodating. The kennel is spotless and I like the fact that you can tour it without any previous notice, unlike other kennels we have tried, that have certain hours for touring. The owners also live on the premisis, so there is always someone close by if there is an emergency. I can't say enough good things about them!!!!
They Care About Your Dog! – I have 2 very large dogs, one of which only a mother could love, if you know what I mean...they are so good to them BOTH! Prices are very competitive and clearly spelled out. They never try and sell you up either. Just friendly, caring people who must really enjoy what they do. Dog Friendly – We have used Green Level Kennels for two or three years now and wouldn't think of taking our dogs else where. The dogs are always treated with excellent care. The kennel personnel take the time to care for our dogs as we would. The only down side is our dogs love to go there!! Overall just a great place.
Caring, clean, great experience – I have tried a few kennels since moving to Cary from a large city. I am very particular, as I have an older dog who is very shy and can be fragile. I found the kennels to be clean and the staff to be very friendly. I also liked that my dog, who loves the outdoors, was able to be outside for 1.5 hours each day without an extra charge.
