Response was same day and result was great.
We have lived here for eight years. The staff is excellent and prompt with any issue that arrives. The renewal process has gotten better each year. I do like that it is digital now and we don't have to sign a large number of papers. It is great to be able to review the contract at my leisure. Waterstone is quiet and great place for families.
We love living at Greenleaf Waterstone! It’s a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We love taking advantage of the walking path that is always beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff are always so quick to come and resolve any issues. The ladies in the office are so kind (and spoil my puppy rotten!) We’re so grateful for the staff at Waterstone that make our living experience so ideal.
