I was very impressed with Nick when I met him. He came by my home within a few hours of my call to take a look at my concerns and offered me advice that was great. He spoke to me in a way that was kind, respectful, and clear. He is very knowledgeable and his customer service is outstanding. In a world where service is driven electronically, his approach was refreshing and welcome. He has become my favourite tree specialist and his card has an honoured place on my refogerator.
