Called and booked an appointment for 10/15 at 1:30 pm. No one shows up at my house. I then tried to call again multiple times and left a voicemail, also no answer. Very unprofessional!
I will say in the beginning they were doing very well. The first group of we had were really good and then it changed from there, I guess personal issues are family issues so the ones that we really like cant work anymore. So they kept sending different cleaners, and they weren’t cleaning to the best of their ability or the way that we liked it. Extremely thorough, very pleased
Over priced for minimal cleaning. Just looking for a basic clean and they only sweep, mop and dust 1/2 of the stuff clean 2 bathrooms and vaccuum 1 bedroom $150. No thanks... I'll look to support a local in the neighborhood.
