I have had 2 facials at this place and I have loved both experiences.

I believe customer service began to fail early spring. I have been disappointed that they have closed and have not reached out to those customers that had banked spa time.
Do not buy any packages from here. Very disappointed after buying a package of facials as a gift. **The cancellation fee** is half of the appointment fee but they also ended up redeeming one of the facials in the package as well. I’ve tried leave messages to speak with management to help resolve the error but have not heard back. I do not recommend coming here or buying any gift certificates (especially packages) as the customer service is unprofessional, lacks communication, and fails to prioritize their clients.
