Absolutely terrible, unprofessional, and unserious people working at this shop. I called ahead to confirm a custom order for delivery, they told me it was no problem and everything would be fine. I chose their highest billed option as well. Everything goes through normally until they send an email right at their closing time that they are cancelling my order the day before Valentine's (with a full refund) with no explanation.
