You know what. The way the manager treats there employees is sick. Singles them out and makes them feel uncomfortable. Very disrespectful! This guy needs to be reported
Went to lees summit location yesterday with my truck that has brand new wheels and tires and drove home. When I got up the next day I noticed scratches in one of my wheels so I drove up there to show manager and they reviewed the video. They came out and said they couldn't see anything on video ?? So I said can I go through again to see if you can see the scratches and video looked same as one from day before. The manager is rude as hell. Yes my car is low. I've been here numerous of times. I know what my car can and can't do. Don't got to be rude to me and say well you just gonna have To read the sign. Obviously. I've been here enough to recite the whole sign without messing up. I drive a black 2007 civic si with wheels and lowered. Remember me.

Slowly but surely I am becoming more disappointed with Lees Summit location. I was on unlimited, now set to auto pay. Now I really don't want this location. You are careless with interior, broke my floor mat clip, your careless with seats and don't put them back, employees are lazy. Takes forever now. Not only does it take forever, when I get in my car it's not even clean. So why does it take forever if you just half ass your work. I'm late for work cause your screwing around. I'm done..
I gave Green lantern another chance and walked away as disappointed as ever. For $30 the outside was fair, the inside was vacuumed and that was it. They did not wipe or clean the dash, cup holders or console. I had a couple of bugs on the windshield that looked as if nobody had even attempted to clean them.
Paid for the works which was 33 dollars, left with a dirty car. Better off spend 10 dollars and doing it yourself. Wasted money.
Just got a free wash because there was mud left in my wheel wells which was totally dirty jeep's fault but they took care of it anyway. Excellent customer service!
