My wife and I have been doing business with Greenlane Jewelers for more than 25 years. Great service, great knowledge and really nice people. Shop is a little warn but the prices more than make up for appearance. Trust is main reason I go there.
I went in to have two watch batteries replaced, and also an appraisal. He was quick and reasonable with the watches, but appraised my diamond bracelet as counterfeit. I was very disappointed to say the least. I contacted E-bay to let them know I had received counterfeit jewelery from their seller. The seller contacted me and was very upset.
