We had Green Lane install a European style ac system in our basement in 2012. After 8 years, the system was no longer cooling. Dan came out promptly and assessed the problem but then never returned to do the repair. I called repeatedly to inquire about the status of the parts order. Each time I called, he insisted that he had called me to update me and left a message; however, in 2 months I only received one call from him. Got a same day response and a diagnosis of the problem on the coldest day of the year: good! Unfortunately, my wife and I were the (separate) recipients of a LOT of unwarranted attitude about everything from our dogs (crated on a different floor of the house from the HVAC unit) giving him a headache, to not getting enough sleep, to other customers being a higher priority than us: not good at all.
