I've never been a "gym guy". I grew up thinking I was too small to be athletic until I rediscovered sports as a young adult. So when I say, "I love this gym", know that it's not coming from somejock who loved working out...and I do love this gym. I had been searching for a form of exercise to replace the activity and community of a team sport after I suffered a ruptured Achilles. I found GLSC through a free trial and had no idea it was going to change the way I thought and felt about fitness. GLSC workouts were the highlight... read more

Absolutely love this gym! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure you’re moving safely and effectively. It’s super beginner-friendly, with workouts that can be scaled to any fitness level. I also really appreciate the variety of classes offered—beyond the regular strength and consistency sessions, there’s yoga, mobility, and even a barbell club. Great community, great energy!

Great coaching. Important technique guidance for those new to weight and strength conditioning. Multiple workout options for busy schedules. Good vibe! 5 stars!!

The thing I like the most about GLSC is the sense of community. Not only do I feel supported by the coaches but also by my fellow gym partners. There is no pressure to push yourself to extremes. As a newbie, the more experienced members showed me the ropes, helped me set up, and encouraged me every step of the way. If you're looking for a supportive environment to step back into an exercise routine I highly recommend GLSC.

I have been coming to GLSC a little over six months for the Individualized Design program. It's a very friendly place with lot of focus on personalized support depending on the individual where they are in their fitness journey. I needed a place where I can pick up strength training, progress at my pace, and feel at ease. The coaches are great, know their stuff, and readily help with adjustments or any questions. I have had several gym memberships over the years and amongst all the places, I quite like coming to GLSC for my ... read more
