Great gym. The coaches and students are as dedicated as I've found. I was particularly impressed with their focus on ensuring you're doing the various movements the correct way - they care about keeping you safe while helping you achieve your health goals.

Amazing coaches! I'm relatively new to this gym, but Olivia (and Christian) have been helping a noob like me (who knew nothing about gym in general) gain confidence and build up my gym skills! They work closely with me to ensure my form is good and that I'm growing each time I visit. Also, their specialty classes are informative and fun. Highly recommend!

This places rocks! They have great coaches who can scale a workout to any level. The daily group classes are great with proper warmup. They also offer open gym and more focused classes as well. It’s on the expensive side but worth it if you’re willing to do the work!!

Great community. Everyone is encouraging, not just coaches. No one is forced to go at too hard of pace or weight, which is a nice change of pace if you’ve had previous injury from doing too much too fast. It’s also nice to have the flexibility to take a wide range of classes for your specific needs, and different time slots to work around busy schedules. It helps that the gym is right next to green lake where I live, but I would commute if I had to. Parking can be a hassle, so I would budget time for this.
