I engaged Richard Min earlier this year. I emailed him the retainer agreement and some questions on next steps on March 26th . After 3 follow up emails, he responded on March 31st, just to get me off his back saying 'email me your documents'. I immediately emailed him my papers on Mar 31st. I followed up 2 more times until April 8th for him to tell me he will draft motion papers, including an affidavit for both parties to sign.
