I engaged Richard Min earlier this year. I emailed him the retainer agreement and some questions on next steps on March 26th . After 3 follow up emails, he responded on March 31st, just to get me off his back saying 'email me your documents'. I immediately emailed him my papers on Mar 31st. I followed up 2 more times until April 8th for him to tell me he will draft motion papers, including an affidavit for both parties to sign. He never explained me that there were couple options that I could pick from. He told me what needs... read more
