I called and placed an order over the phone and specifically asked what comes in they Kung Pao Chicken because some places makes them similar but a lil different. I told them I didn’t want no peanuts or mushrooms if they were in it because I’m allergic to mushrooms they said okayy. Great place for takeout. Food is excellent. Crispy tofu is delish!
The food is good, the customer service is HORRIBLE. Ordering online, numerous times and when it says to pick up the food, it hasn’t even been started. This last time was the worst. Ordered our food and said it would be ready for 6:15, sat in the store for 30 minutes before they even started our order, waited a total of 2 hours as our food was ordered at 5, didn’t get it until after 7. Treated us like it was our fault.
When I came in it felt unwelcoming. It was both a man and lady there eating and the vibe was as if they didn't want to do anything or want me there. However, the lady and the man got up and went to the back to make the food. Store is clean. I checked everything out and looked around. I like how I can see them preparing my food. I recently left this establishment feeling quite disappointed. When I approached the front counter to order a shrimp fried rice, the lady there told me I couldn’t place that specific order. She then rudely asked me to leave the premises. The entire experience was extremely upsetting, and I believe this place deserves to be shut down. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
