Product warranties. Project completed 2021, now 2024 had to pay a plumber to find a leak from the bathroom they completed. They do not register the products they provide with their installation. A moen product was installed and is now defective. It should be covered by warranty however this company does not register the products. Therefore years after getting the work done and paying 10,000+ for a bathroom renovation I will have to have someone come rip out tiles and replace the defective part. Good company great service
Last year had them come out to give me an estimate on 9 Picture windows, 18in' wide. Got a quote for the windows and installation, unfortunately it was out of budget. Decent price! Got a new Budget this year, So I called them back and obviously the price had gone up, 5k from last year. Still I understand. So now I'm at estimate number 3 because, I wanted to add argon gas.
