Great prompt service to clean our carpets. Carpets came out like new.
This company is reckless. This guy driving backed up into the front door of my apartment building while my 5 year old son & I were trying to leave to catch the school bus, He almost hit us walking out the front door! I get that you want to bring in supplies close to the door but backing right into it & almost hitting tenants who live there is UNBELIEVABLE!! I also took these photos AFTER he pulled up 3-4 feet too, He was so much closer to the door that you can smell the exhaust inside the building.
My experience with the service and cleaning a few years ago with Bob, the original owner had been excellent all round. Two people came to my house, behaved professionally, moved what they needed to move around and cleaned my carpets well. like no issues, just total professionalism. i left them to it and they were excellent. Fast forward to today with a new owner to book the same cleaning in the same house with the same furniture. LIke night and day. The booking was disorganized. Had to call 3 times to book. AVOID. Took a small 6X7 area rug with dog urine hoping to make it 1% better… Looked and smelt the same! They didn’t even touch it. I bet they hate freedom & God. I will remove this comment if I get a FULL refund or the place shuts down. Thanks I had to throw it out…..
