We are very happy with the service AC by Green ID gave us. We returned to AZ in November to find that our heat pump wasn’t working. AZ was in the middle of a cold spell ( in the 40s) and the condo was very cold! David returned my call immediately and came out quickly to assess things that very night! The repair required obtaining a part and was fixed the next day. I can’t recommend Green ID highly enough.
Green I D was recommended by a friend. When I called I spoke to David. He was very professional and offered choices of contracts for our AC unit. We then arranged for David to service our unit. Several other neighbors were looking for a company. They also decided to use Green ID. This year when I called to arrange our yearly maintenance I had 9 neighbors all using David’s company. David and the team at Green ID installed a new Trane AC and Furnace at my house in the Arcadia area on 3/18/26. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish. David's communication throughout the entire process was great, pricing was extremely competitive, and his installation team was very professional. David was wonderful and discovered a serious problem with our dryer vent which could have had serious consequences if not repaired. Additionally, fixing the problem eliminated tons of dust out of our home. He tested our air ducts for leakage and was honest about what he found. No high pressure sales stuff. We highly recommend him as does Rosie on the House who referred him.
