David was wonderful and discovered a serious problem with our dryer vent which could have had serious consequences if not repaired. Additionally, fixing the problem eliminated tons of dust out of our home. He tested our air ducts for leakage and was honest about what he found. No high pressure sales stuff. We highly recommend him as does Rosie on the House who referred him.
Zero stars for this company. I moved into a manufactured home. And my electric bills seemed a bit high. So I had a energy audit done. (Not from these guys, but the auditor recommended them for my repairs) however I wasn't gonna use them at first because I wanted to see what my home warranty would say. Of course they didn't want to fix my duct work so I called a different ac company. David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2016 that was built in 2000. Clearly the original owner did not have a proper owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. The air distribution was poorly designed and installed. The master bedroom would not cool in the summer or heat in the winter. Amazing someone tolerant this condition for so long. The upper floor over cooled and heated. Mike did my audit and was very careful and detailed. I have had audits in the past and I would recommend GreenID. We have some minor issues we may address but I was happy to be told we are not in bad shape so nice to hear honesty.
