I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona SEL with 60k miles a little over a month ago from salesman Darren squires. Wanted to get some miles on it before I gave these thoughts. I love this car. It’s a perfect fit for me in all aspects. The whole process took maybe a few hours, including the 40 mins it takes me to drive there. I took my car in for an oil change and transmission service. They came back and recommended a replacing of my front cv boots and axis as they said they were cracked and all fluids were gone. It was a $1600 service. I took it in for a second opinion from my trust mechanic and they said there was no damage to cv boots, no leak and no issues. This dealership tried to scam me by making up fake issues. Now are not taking it off my cars record only allowing me to denied repairs even though no issue. Do not service your car here.
This is my 8th vehicle purchased through the Green Family dealerships. I am extremely happy with my 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe XRT. My sales representative (Michael Angeles) is absolutely top notch.
