0/10 would not recommend. Don’t ever spend a DIME at any Green store. The engine in my car blew up & I spoke with the person that was in charge of overseeing it. I was told it would 100% be covered & I would get a new engine. Towed my car there & they called my wife who isn’t even listed on the car & told her it was denied. Not sure why they called her when I own the car but whatever. I call back to get an answer as to why it was denied & of course they don’t want to return a phone call. Horrible customer service. Came in on Saturday for an oil change and to patch my tire. The patch didn't hold for any longer than 24 hours before the PSI sensor came on. Held off calling because it was a Sunday, called first thing Monday morning and have been given the go around. Receptionist almost hanged up on me, but transferred me to parts. Parts transferred me to service - and it was service at the Dirksen location when I needed Stafford. He transferred me to Stafford service department and I got their voice mail. What's... read more
