Car dealers, automotive dealers, motorcar dealers are all in the business to make money- growing by leaps and bounds, eliminating the small guy. And where do they make their money, you may well ask? In service and parts, not in sales. And Green Hyundai is no exception. And that’s why I take my vehicle to highly reputable garage.
The buying experience was great. The salesman, Cody, was phenomenal! He was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Explaining everything they were doing and checking in multiple times to see where we were at in our process and keeping us updated. He went out of his way to drive to another location for us to look at a specific car we had seen online. We are already discussing going back to buy another car from Green Hyundai 🙂 would definitely recommend.
By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced! No one returns calls or handles appointments like they should!
