I had an exceptional experience with Sarah. I’ve experienced hypnosis before but didn’t really see as much change as I wanted. Working with Sarah is on a different level bc she reminds you that she’s just the facilitator but the power for change is within the individual. I learned a lot and overcame my fear of flying.
